In order to be approved by the Florida DHSMV, all companies that teach the Drug Alcohol Traffic Awareness Course (DATA/TLSAE) must have 4 hours of online/classroom training. So we figure, if you're going to spend 4 hours taking a Drug And Alcohol Test you might as well enjoy it.

Once you’ve passed our 4-Hour Drug & Alcohol (DATA) course (which by the way, you cannot fail our course. You can take our final exam as often as it takes to pass – which is usually the first time) – we will send you a certificate of completion and a DHSMV waiver number will be issued that will allow you to take the DHSMV Permit exam online. If you fail one section of your DHSMV Permit Exam (either Road Signs or Rules of The Road) you can retake just that section alone. But you will only have three chances to pass it before having to go to the DHSMV to retake it again.
